The
Institute of Leadership & Management ('ILM') is an
awarding body
which aims to build leadership and management at the individual, team
and organisational levels. ILM provides managers in every sector and at
every level with the active support they need to advance in management.
This support takes a variety of forms, leading to nationally recognised
qualifications. In a recent customer satisfaction survey, nearly 95% of
respondents were so happy with their experience of taking an ILM
qualification that they would be extremely likely to recommend ILM
courses to friends and colleagues.
